The Pilgrims Way 1976
Our second pilgrimage, linking our cathedral in Arundel with the traditional Pilgrims Way. Unlike the cold Easter walk of 1975, this was at the height of the scorching and drought-ridden summer of '76! Lunch was at pubs most days, and we were plied with water from one of the luggage vans, a lifesaver in the conditions.
