Day 17: Buckfast Abbey and Home

And so, like all good things, our pilgrimage came to an end. Even Bill rated it "the best yet".

Before departure we joined the community for their High Mass, as we had the previous day.

Before we left, Father Abbot invited us to return in 1982 for the Buckfast Centenary.

Then it was "all aboard" the coaches. At Honiton the final farewells were made as the coaches took different routes.
