St Winefried's Pilgrimage 2017

Day 1: Travel to Bangor and Induction

Pilgrims old and new gather for registration for this year's pilgrimage at St John's Methodist Church Hall in Bangor. Bangor Cathedral is usually closed on Saturday afternoons but is opening especially for us as we kick off the pilgrimage with the induction service at which the crosses that we wear round our necks are blessed and handed out. Then we return to the Methodist Church Hall which is our home for the night.
