Day 7: Rest Day in Canterbury

Having walked 112 miles in 6 straight days we deserved a day off! Bill had considerately arranged Mass in the Cathedral crypt for 11, so we got a bit of a lie-in!

We first visited the site of St Thomas' martyrdom...

before celebrating Mass

We then enjoyed a free day to recuperate from our exertions, before starting our return journey to Arundel.
