The toughest third of our pilgrimage completed, we deserve a rest! As well as the attractions including the ancient Cathedral, we are told that Durham has a launderette, an important feature for dirty pilgrims!
At our morning Eucharist, Aidan read excerpts from the many e-mails we had received as our prayers of intercession, for those who had written to us and for their various intentions.
