Day 11: Rest Day in Conwy
On this rest day we are staying in two adjacent halls, close to the castle and quay. On the quay you will find the smallest house in Britain! The launderette and leisure centre are on the other side of the estuary of the River Conwy in the town of LLandudno Junction, which is a train ride (or a walk of one mile) away. Change trains at Llandudno Junction to visit the seaside resort of Llandudno. Rising above Llandudno is the Great Orme, a coastal hill which we will have spotted on the previous day's walk. You can take a cable car or tram to the top. Those staying in the Methodist Church Hall will need to clear up the first floor as there is a coffee morning taking place, along with a Meditations Service that we are welcome to attend. We have organised our own pilgrim eucharist in St Mary's Church which is behind the halls.
