Day 11: Rest Day in Abergavenny

Today is a rest day and pilgrims are free to plan their own timetable. We encourage pilgrims to attend the public services in the priory church, where we are staying, and/or the Catholic Church, listed below. There is lots to see in Abergarvenny: the Priory Church itself with the Jesse Tree and stained-glass Jesse window and Tithe Barn; the castle and museum; Linda Vista Gardens and Castle Meadows with walk down to the River Usk; it's market day today.See below for details of the leisure centre and laundry facilities.
