A long day of mostly coastal walking with deviations inland for lunch and to take in St Illtud's church at Llantwit Major. The coastline is beautiful with dramatic high cliffs and limestone pavements below by the sea. We also have prayer stops at Marcross and St Donats, where Christians have worshipped for 1000 years, and a Catholic Mass at Our Lady & St. Illtyd in Llantwit Major.

After St Illtud's, we had mass in Our Lady And St Illtyd, then retured to a less picturesque section of the coast path only for heavy rain to fall. We arrived at our hall in St Athan, after a DIY prayer stop in St Tathan's church, drenched. John Chenery Original Tweet
