Now our journey takes us away from the sea, northwards. For the next 2 days we will be following the valley of the River Usk. We reach Caerleon in time to join the paroshioners of St Cadoc's church for their Sunday eucharist service then pause to explore the remains of the Roman amphitheatre. We visit a village pub for lunch and two village churches for prayers on our way to Usk.
