The Roses Pilgrimage 2026

Day 6: Bedale to Ripon

Today is a lovely flat walk, visiting two nature reserves, passing near two ancient burial mounds, and a choice of two pubs for lunch! Don't forget to visit the Marmion tower by the church at Tanfield. In the afternoon we gather for prayer after lunch before following the Ripon Rowel walk, roughly following the River Ure until we reach Ripon.
